very nice . one thing the yamaha shock needs to have a half nylok nut on it and not a fully tightened half nut what type of bushes are you using metal or nylon PM for more details ( i ask as ive sold over 230 of these conversions )

Can I ask how you fitted the mudguard onto the forks...I've been wanting to do this myself for my S1
