am using a late loose 3rd pacemaker gear (same as spanish li 150 3rd gear btw) on an early xmas tree on a TS1
had to modify the xmas tree to allow the teeth to mesh but it has been fine for the last 1000 miles

will see what's about and what needs doing
I've put a 3rd loose gear from SX200 in my early pacemaker gearbox. The top-end is a TS1 225. still standing after enough miles to break. Always keep in mind that 3rd "could" snap and caution will come as a natural reflex

Yes indeed, it works for Vespa's to switch gear-cogs with or two teeth more or less, so why wouldn't it with Lammy's. It worked for me so far.byron wrote:SX200 ~ 37 teeth ?Ketje wrote:I've put a 3rd loose gear from SX200 in my early pacemaker gearbox.
