just a point to consider, most of the supplied kits have flat or crosshead screws which you will never get a screwdriver on with the engine and tank fitted. I always buy separately m4 hex screws that enable my 1/4 inch socket to get on in situ. handy if you are having stator problems at side of road.

Just use m4 studs with m4 nylock nuts.

Ah for the the wiring plates. Yes M4 grub screws and nylocks, just done that on my latest engine. You need them about 25 mm, they don't bottom out so use loctite
