Off the top of my head and using Scooter Restorations- Piston say £40; Head say £30; Rebore say £40; gaskets £5. Up the main jet a tad (assume you're using the standard 22mm carb?)

bore cylinder to 3.5 thou in old money.

Nice load of hot/cold cycles for running in and away you go.
