ScootRS TV175 S3, trying to decide what it's worth

Was that for definite a ScootRS one? there were /are a lot of very dodgy Vietnamese imports but ScootRS were said to be a cut above the usual.

Obviously not the case here but in general people refer to everything out of Vietnam as scootRS much as they think everything from India is SIL. It's a bit like saying everything made in UK is from MB.
