its a garage just ouside hull in coniston, its called coniston bills garage, scooter friendly, infact i belive a lad who works there belongs to york scooter club, cant remember his name though.

Just ring him and ask what he needs. Either copy log book or authorization from dvla will do. Emailed photo would do I suspect.
