3 or 4 days would be fine, but it's taken that just to pick the order, that even could be lived with if there was some communication if you see what I mean. As I say, when i ordered from sip (which i used to quite a bit) order to door was usually 3 days literally.

They have been having IT issues over the last few days.
I've had to postpone several calls with them till next week until they are sorted.

I think thats pretty rare these days now they are on the V3 to be fair, though its always a possibility, it's not the usual.
