I use a Vango kayaking backpack. Had it about 4 years with daily use and all still good.

+1 for Lomo bags. Aldi occasionaly has roll top bags on sale.

eBay can also provide economical roll top alternatives

I also bought the Aldi bag in yellow and used it on a recent trip to Get Outta Dodge rally in Ireland. Following this event, I can assure you that it is waterproof. It was thoroughly tested.

My smaller bag is made by Musto, the sailing accessory manufacturer. This is waterproof, but does not have the roll-neck mouth of the Aldi bag. Nice bag though.
