I supply them with a tab washer for the 2 bolts on the tensioner block too and also use a stud and large washer on the bottom crankcase hole on my own.

I Lock tight and punch the countersunk screws. The one in the picture looks like it doesn't have the double tab washer under the two bolts that fix the nylon slider to the plate. Defo bad fitment rather than bad product. :(
