I use a long spacer nut when fitting studs, I screw on the long spacer nut to the stud and then insert a bolt until it hits the stud, put the stud in place and tighten the nut with socket or spanner and it'll drive the stud home, you'll know when it's home, then simply unscrew the bolt from the long spacer nut and then remove the spacer nut from the stud ... simples.Strummer10 wrote:, but I suspect trying to get the cylinder head over 7 studs now might be problematic.
