And I should have said 'thanks' to Paul for putting all of this Indian promo stuff on his site for us to enjoy/share.

Thanks for that Adam and Paul...The only downside, it came with a LI150 motor, and not the original. It does have the original box though, and it's mint. I have an Indian casing kicking about somewhere though, so I'll use that. Thanks again.

Too late! Already stripped and blasted half of it. I know things are only original once, but I prefer the look of restored bikes. I'll probably do another soon, but keep it as is and sink all the money into a monster motor.

Looking bare now. I'm hoping the damage to the headset can be repaired.

I think you're probably right to repaint it, on balance. Be nice to keep it the same colour though.

Yes, keeping everything the same paint wise. I've already got the paint, and I've started priming parts already. I bought a very handy blast cabinet, it does ( with a 50 litre compressor ) a very good job. I'll post more pics as I go.

A few bits blasted, primed and painted in 8082 off white. Photos don't really show the glossy finish. I just need to wait 24 hours so I can flat it back and mop polish.
