who sells sil 200 casings / engines in the uk?

I thought For £1800 You got the Crank , Variotronic and New type Mag housing ? correct me if I'm wrong

Bare casings are unstamped. New Sil engines should be stamped though.

Yes, makes it a reasonable buy imo based on £300 + for an Indian bare casing. Any parts specific to the Misano casing that can't be used from a normal engine will come with the casing. Also with Misano the driveside seal / bearing can be removed without removing the crank.

If you've got £1800 you're probably going to spend it on something [you can't take it with you]. I've go no problems spending £1800 on a casing but I wouldn't spend £400 on a suit or £2K on a holiday, I won't even spend £20 on a meal. :P

£20 for 2 meals and 2 drinks and hopefully 2 puddings on two for one night
