Gear Cluster Rubbing on Casing

the correct shim is listed in stickys book. Looks like the one you have is for the endplate side of the drive axle. All the shim does is keeps the needle bearing in the race instead of rubbing on the tree. Once the end plate is on and the clutch is in it won't rub.
Thanks ! Both the new MB and original shims match the specs in stickies to within a gnats whisker. Must be the photo making it look wrong.
Will go ahead and build with one shim.
