Put a new stator on last night and it fired up and ticked over ok.
Just needs to run it for a bit now to make sure that was the problem.

all back together last night with new stator and started 1st time .tried again this morning1st kick get in .so just need to check timing becaues i put the new stator in same place .so i think the new and old cdi are not the original fault
