If I'm not mistaken he does a long stroke (60 mm) version as well.
Does anyone know what's involved there regarding packers or recessed heads etc.

With mine he supplied a packer plate to go under the barrel, machined the head so it dropped back into the bore the correct depth again, and ported the barrel and piston by hand as well as checking everything over.Mine runs the standard crank, set ignition to the IT mark and up main to a 128.Not wheelie fast like a polini but definitely more punch than standard. And if it went bang,i can just stick a standard top end back on.He does 208 kits to which he supplies also and that goes up to 218 with a 60mm crank which my mate has.Very torquey!

Sorry gents, one last question. Would this setup benefit from a t5 fourth gear?

Unless your particularly heavy and struggle in 4th I would say no.Probably best putting a T5 forth in a revvy malossi or the like. With a SIP 2 exhaust this setup is plenty grunty enough for me.

The packer and recessed head are only for the standard 57mm stroke crank from what I was told by HB on the 60mm version he just modifies the head to accommodate the extra stroke length
