From my own experience
I have an SX TS1225 with an Italian box and a GP TS1225 with an indian box - both have the same exhaust (taffspeed replica), carb (34mm VHSB), ignition(reworked SIL Flywheel and stator), 19/46 sprockets and a 4 plate surflex clutch (MB springs)
Both are fine and suit my riding but I like the feel of the indian box slightly more especially at 3 to 4 change - so I used an indian in my newest TS1 motor (TS1 200)
I find them both good enough for me NOT to invest in cyclone

I have an Italian GP200 gearbox on the GP and an Indian GP 200 gearbox on the LI. I truly can't tell the difference between them.....
