Bought a loom from Willenhall. The quality was shocking, it fell apart and was made up from scrap pieces jointed. To be fair to them it looked ok in the packet and they refunded fully inc return post no questions asked. I suppose most dealers will have a proportion of poor quality bits on their shelf.

Problem isn't the money with these parts it's the fact that if they're not fit for purpose why sell them.
If you buy from somewhere that is just selling parts and not actually using them, they will have no
idea if they are any use at all.
I think most of us realise that a certain amount of fettling will be needed but there's a limit.
If in doubt ring a dealer who doesn't have a minimum order charge and who you know either builds,
restores or repairs scooters and ask if they've used the parts and if they fit.
Paying a bit extra for good parts that do what they are meant to will cause you far less stress and hassle
in the long run and the small parts you end up binning because it's not worth your while to send back
end up costing you more in the long run

Are you one of those mentally deficient pillocks I hear about that enjoy just jumping into threads to try and get a reaction?

Never mind, you don't have to answer that one.....
