Fighting with the bottom end on mine.
Gone to a 45 slide and right down to a 50 pilot.
Av266 x7 needle 122 main.
Supertourer pipe and I can only say it's still way too rich at lower revs.
Riding in town is terrible,

This is exactly how mine was when I fitted my Supertourer, whereas bottom end jetting and performance had been fine with other pipes, suggesting to me that this might be more an issue of pipe being out of the power and burbling, rather than the jetting being the problem.
My solution was to fit an Agusto 6K unit, which worked, thankfully, otherwise my new pipe was coming back off! Others have voiced similar experiences.

At a total loss as to what to do.
Pretty much ready to chuck the towel in with this set up.

Maybe time to ditch the PHBH and go for a flatslide/D slide carb like the Keihin PWK or Mikuni TMX.
I changed my PHBH for a PWK copy (OKO) and it cleaned up the low speed running on my piston ported Rapido setup.
Flatslide/D slide carbs are meant to be better at low throttle openings ( I guess the same would also be true of a flatslide Dellorto).

Providing it isn't retarding too soon, that should be OK, meaning that I'm all out of ideas... for now.

Check that you haven't got a leak/hole in your float.
