Still got the spare CDI in the tool box :( (plug, cap, HT lead as well. Unfortunately these weren't enough last year)

indian SIL stator, Piaggio pick up, solder the joints properly, and araldite the joints to prevent vibration, and it should be good to go. Good shout on the Lammy club stall selling stators and CDIs etc, forgot about that. Piaggio T5 parts on lammy backplate for me, been on years (with an augusto 6000 and Ducati CDI ...a proper one I think ... :) )

Has anyone tried the NEW? VE stators? I've seen a couple in a shop, but wondered if they were any good or just another same old quality wise.cheers,Speedy.

One of our group, on last years Euro to Davos, fitted one before they set off. It didn't last long enough to get them there :? (They may have just been unlucky?)

So they acquired an Indian Stator/SIL Flywheel from the LCGB Club Shop 'Get you Home Spares', at the event, which did what it say's on the label...!! ;)

They are still running the same stator/flywheel set up, with no issues.
