Thanks for the heads up with Agusto unit. I am talking with both kit supplier and the builder to understand what might be the problem. I will need to check the timing if only to rule it out.

Where abouts are you ? Dan (Scooterotica) does a reasonably priced Dyno run that would certainly point you in the right direction, if not identify the problem.

Ripon......North Yorks......maybe a touch too far. I think "Sash" has a dyno in Lowestoft ? bit closer but not too sure by how much.

Thanks yes a bit too far, Lowestoft is only about 60 miles away, ill bear that in mind, what is the business name? I have supplied some set up info to MBD so await their initial feedback first.....I hope it is just the ignition timing that needs sorting out.....fingers crossed

John Howe at JAHSpeed (01206 230735) is on the Essex/Suffolk boarder. He maybe nearer depending on where you are.
