I found from my friends my new Gearbox.
It's a Li 150s mk3 know as "Pacemaker"
The final gearbox spec will be with 46 crownclutch and 17 front sprocket
Final configuration will be 46/17

Start to wash and polish my SX200 engine case and some other bits
In the first fitting, the transfer ports never matched. This time will be!

On 28 Febraury some fresh parts was arrived to me
Yamaha R1 rear schock abs.
New BGM piston (with MRB Spec)
New lightned 46 crown for 5 plate clutch
5 plate clucth with new strenghtened springs (40% over)
KyTronic
New Regina chain (82)
Lowering engine bushes
In 01 March arrived other 2 parts. Some of my favourite....
Outboard disc brake (all Nissin parts)
And my JL 4

Start to sand the chassis, fuel tank and rear mudguard. Will be the first items to paint

Suddendly i wash and sand the rest of body. it is in good condition ready to paint

Yesterday the barrel come back from Replating
The work is fine and really good, more better then Gilardoni.
Is made by a local farm that is famous for this work, specially on nikasil cylinder.
And now ready to express is old performances

Today just only wash my carb. I helped my frinds in his Rat mk1 building.
After the purchase of ScootRS outboard disc brake, i exchange my fork lever with customised LI MK3.
