200 cylinder to small block conversion?

100 seems quite a lot it's quick job. Turn the spigot down and drilling 3 holes 14mm and the one near the manifold 13mm.

Yes, but I don't have access to a lathe or engineering skills.

100 quid goes along way to having your existing cases welded up to take a
Proper 200 cylinder with all the rebore options that that can offer plus a choice of kits

i have done loads of these for mates/paying customers, when u first asked if anyone can do them, i thought 15 quid to post it to me, 15 quid to post it back and 20 quid to do it, and i thought naaa he wont pay that, then again i,m a plasterer who pisses about with s**t for fun, i aint got to scratch a living out of lambretta land.

I agree, but I've already built the engine and can't face stripping it again. :|

I've never done this conversion before. So would you use a 200 head and do the same drilling?

Seems to me like all the support is being taken out by over drilling the holes.
