That is weird stuff in the float bowl.

My Lammie started and ran just fine this weekend (Murco regular lead free + rockoil Synthesis at 3%)
Pretty much used that fuel and oil for the past three years.
But I will take a look in the float bowl later and report my findings on this thread.

Indeed WTF Fuel...... There is talk here in USA of going
to 15% Ethanol Bad enough with 10% right now,
but at 15% I'm done Petrol stations putting in new
tanks to deal with the increased dreaded Ethanol increase.

Carbs have a high magnesium(or some such thing) level in the alloy. Perhaps that might be the issue.

Can still get 110 octane unleaded down the road, from the pump no less . Gotta luv the south
