The tie bar must be free to pivot at both ends otherwise you will effectively lock the suspension, the tie bar I got with my anti dive kit had a crude type of rose joint to allow this. I wouldn't leave nuts and bolts loose on suspension though

or you can change it for some proper rose joints as I did.

Nice BGM front dampers, nice powerful disc brake, alloy wheel etc.
So why the crap bracket for the lower damper mounting?
I had them one, both sheard through due to metal fatigue.
I got a great pair of the right trailing links, made by MBD, and they are superb.

Just keep an eye on those lower brackets for any hairline cracks.
