Anti vibration rubber strips
The seat has been spaced up using nuts as in m10 nuts I think. The seat is the next thing to go for a bolt on job. So far, the leg shields need sorted out and im on it, the seat as you have pointed out and the forks need rebuilt as the wheel has a bit of a lean to one side. On the plus side I rolled the bike along the fresh snow and the back wheel is in line with the front (thank f@@k).rosscla wrote:Why's the seat sticking up at the back like that? I thought it looked a little odd in the first pic but thought it might be perspective.
Is there a packer under the catch?
The paint job was ok and done by a mate of mine who previously owned the bike but it was not my choice. Its an Indian import so is needing a bit of lining up. The stand cross member will be replaced in due course as its totally f@@ked. Thank fu+k I can weld and make things ok or I would be totally f@@ked with this bike.Doom Patrol wrote:Must admit I quite liked the look of the original paint scheme. But seeing it now I can see where you're coming from. You need to get that stand sorted though.
I should add cheers for the feedback and any feedback welcome as this is a long ongoing project I will look at any feedback to hopefully steer me to a bitchin Indian GP.Doom Patrol wrote:Must admit I quite liked the look of the original paint scheme.
