New RB 250 Starting Problem

Usually with broken reed petals the engine will be flooded and most likely it back fire and won't let u rev it

If its the reeds then you get loads of spitback and the scoot won't rev.

I'll check the carb but I'm sure it's okay. I'm thinking about the air leak, carb and manifold could be the most popular leakage spots but I guess the other areas are the head, base gasket, exhaust and even the mag housing.
