Can you actually get a spark direct from just the green on an electronic stator plate without going through the stator.

Check what colour wire is soldered to your pick up on the stator, there are Indian ones wired with wrong colours,
The wire from the black pick up box (usually red, but can be yellow) goes to the CDI, with the White and Green.

Don't have an augusto fitted and the right green wire is deffo out
