** UPDATE **

Whilst I have been waiting to get a new Casa kick-start piston I used my trusty Dremmel to extend the length of the locating pin slot as recommended, I also added three washers under the plate that holds the spring in so that it compresses the spring a little making it a bit more powerful. And it has worked! For now anyway as the piston is still the old rubbish Indian that has significant wear on it already so it won't be long before it wears down a bit more! Anyhoo, the new Casa one has arrived so I will put it in when I have to as I am fed up of taking the casing off!

Happy Days....is nt it a ball ache, when after buying replacement parts that you end up having to improvise or fettle all the time, well at least the problems sorted and cheers for letting us know how you ve got on....... 8-)
