13l tank and strap issues

You've done well getting both in as I couldn't get my toolbox in at all. Sorry can't help with the straps but Andy Francis supplies tanks that look like that so try him when he's back from hols

Still have only got it to rest against 3 of 4 rubber buffers but will surely be able to force it down towards the last as soon as I get some straps/hoses sourced down. Jubilee makes some 1m long ones that I'll try to get hold of...

You sell similar tanks Martin - do the 78cm straps normally fit or is there another longer length available?

Scootrs list their long straps as 750mm, Sterling list theirs at 785mm. Your tank looks different as the cut outs are a different shape to mine. My tanks are Saigon scooter centre but not got one to hand to measure the straps but I've never had an issue fitting one or any complaints about the straps. If you've got any old straps you could cut n shut a piece into the ones you have.

Wonder if I could pop rivet together 2 straps... Still wouldn't look as good as if like to....
