Full Engine spec is pretty straight forward - nothing special
Casing is a SIL 150 converted at Oiltek - blended to match barrel
Steel lined TS1 to 66mm using IT175 piston with 1.5mm off bottom of barrel
Standard reed set up with MB manifold
RD 400 rod in SIL webs
19/46 with SIL 200 g/b
IWIS chain with nylon guides
Genuine SIL ignition rewired and slighly lightened SIL flywheel
Gonna use a 30mm carb - probably a 30mm phbh
Taffspeed copy pipe

a bit arse first but few shots of work in progress before paint - dry build

headset top work

forks - Italian set converted to take dampers and the turning mudguard - had to turn a ring to put round the bearing race and the side brackets (like vespa) for the side fixings
