I've seen variations in thickness of cork plates when I've measured them, just a little extra thickness on each plate adds up...... worth checking that also if you're saying the clutch basket you are using was working fine before.....

Thanks, I'll remove the clutch again tonight and measure the corks and plates, anyone know what the measurements should be?
