Ive got them on mine, theyre s**t, dont fit, crap in the rain, as soon as I have it resprayed at the end of this season theyre in the bin

Best to cut cross grooves in them and paint them Matt Black.

with shiny black paint i reckon black is better.

What about the leg shield beadings - any stainless recommended there?

Corrado, do they feck up the paint work more than the Vespa Ulma lists fitted originally to the GS/SS range...?

I have a Viet scooter in pieces in my garage, it had the S/S floor and the legshield side trim. I took them off. The floor trim COULD [but won't be] put back on as the damage to the paint is already done, though knowing me I'd spend an age with a dremmel and files taking all the sharp edges off, the legshield trim would be near impossible to put back on without any further damage plus they're held on by grub screws which by their very nature must cut into the paintwork. Vespas?? What are they?? I don't go there.
