Not sure but he's right, the X2 is richest, then the 13, then the 7 (weakest)

Leave the jetting. You are leaning the jetting to chase another problem. Find the other problem.

Tell me, when on the centre stand and in neutral will it rev out to the max? Can you hold it at full throttle for say 3 or 4 seconds at max revs with it 'singing at full chat'. Or does it hit a 'rev limit' and 'bounce'????

For the joy of my neighborood i have just tryed squeeizing the throttle with the scooter on the stand. Result: not only "rev limits" and bounces but also backfires violently from the pipe!

Thanks, but... what kind of fault? Ignition timing, flywheel or what? The wiring loom, stator plate, regulator and cdi are all new and quality parts. The lights are all working well. The flywheel (SIL) is the only part i havent replaced... :? any ideas where and what to start looking for? Thanks.

Think you answered your own question.....try the flywheel. Might even be a pickup alignment issue between flywheel and stator??

Ok thanks , before replacing the flywheel i'll try the old indian stator just in case... i see you have in your catalogue the AF gp flywheel... do you recommend it? And if so, which type? The mid weight or the lightweight?
I run a Mugello 225 with a BGM stator and a standard GP SIL 200 crank
