One thing I would say with this exhaust is do not make your gearing any taller or you'll constantly be knocking it back down to 3rd gear. It should perform fine with your set up on either carb [jetted right of course], it'll just need a bit more revs to keep it on the boil as opposed to a clubman or a Taff copy, but at full chat it should give you a few extra mph.

Thanks Corrado, gearing will likely be my next concern once she up & running, guessing I'll be dead lucky if it works out spot on first time out. Really should have a count up & see what ratio I'm at, just for future reference. A few more oomphs is fine by me :D

Ah, just re-read your initial post ... Jet 200 gearing, I read std gearing and was thinking GP200. Jet gearing will be 4.8 final drive ratio, GP200 has 5.2 final drive ratio, thus I don't think your pipe will suit your gearing. If I was you I think I'd bite the bullet and flog the exhaust and get the T*ffy copy rather than change the gearing.

Oh well, no big deal, it was an impulse buy anyway. I'll keep hold of it though for experimental purposes, just to compare it with a taff pipe or anything else I come across. Thanks again for the input Corrado
