What annoys me the most is i just know he will be telling anyone that will listen i deliberately sold him a dud and wouldn't help him at all which i know isn't true
Don't worry about it Wozza,
I had the same a while ago, :|

If it turns up I will keep you informed, if it doesn't, I wont lose any sleep over it.

Just enjoy the Lammy without any guilt

Cheers Shaun ,not sure what to do to it first though .Do i try and squeeze some more power out of the casa kit (any suggestions how greatly received) or be sensible and put a disc on the front first ,thing is i don't like sensible and i am getting used to the idea you need to use BOTH brakes :D

As promised, and only fair to put both side across.

It was taken to a well experienced scooter guy and findings were:

f@@ked clutch corks, with battered ears (Fowlers supplied new ones, that where they came into it).
Loose clutch nut (Cosa style one),
4 x loose wheel nuts, (finger tight),
And a loose rear hub nut (the 24mm one).

All sorted, and tightened and a roadtest reveals a nice easy gear change, and a happy chap.

I did say to keep an eye on the rear hub incase its an FAI one and is gonna keep coming loose.

Maybe it was a really rattly van you delivered it in :?

I didn't do the work, I jusr spoke to the guy who did.

Shaun.

Cheers Shaun ,i have to admit i did the clutch  but it was all new bits and i have never had a problem before ,never touched the wheel as he just put new ones on .Just can't believe it wasn't until he got it that it went wrong as i have used that clutch for over a thousand miles  Oh well a least it wasn't too serious

And what is this about certain hubs ? i must admit i have had to tighten that one a couple of times
