Loving your thread fastfrog especially as im doing an old sil 150 barrel myself at the moment. Which cutter are you using in your dremel to take the meat off at first.

moviluty tungsten carbide. Great stuff.... Got a flexxi classic: small convenient and great torque even at low revs. foot pedal controled.

there aint no substitute for big iron ports!!
by the way my 2 last pics appear lateraly cut and blown up... Anything i can do to sort it out?
