Right, just cut 1/4 off my barrel and head with the grinder and it looks just like this, so how do I set the squish now?

I've got a complete Winter Model engine sitting doing nothing; now I know what to do with it :evil:

I could just sit & play with that after opening it on Christmas Day, does it have a handle to turn? :D

It's makes it obvious now as to how close the kick-start shaft is to the clutch, and why a little grinding of the shaft is sometimes needed. Nice job !!

You just turn the fly wheel.As you turn the fly wheel your looking at it that then you look at the piston but get distracted by the gear box but the watch the rear hub then your brain starts to get jammed up thinking wow its quite mesmorising .
Really glad people can get something from it.Ive been messing with engines for 30 years and its teaching me a few things.
