Had a quick look around the internet and this looks like a legit collaboration rather than a shameless rip off. I certainly hope so anyway.

? I' m saying that it is about time someone remade a GP headlight with today's reflector technology giving a far better beam .

I'm with you on that one, good luck to them. It's certainly better looking than a two other things with the lambretta name on them.

Be interesting to see what the quality is like longer term and what the bigger engine can do.

I would also expect the hand built UK 300 model to be cheaper that the previous crop of Scomadi due to more mass produced bodywork, in plastic not carbon...

Ditto. Of course being made in China they'll be a lot cheaper too, probably rust out with one winters use & simultaneously p155 off every Scomadi rider.

Stick a 300 motor in it and I'd be tempted but only if there was reasonable dealer support. Having a bike that no one would be prepared to work on or honour warranty claims wouldn't be much fun.
