happy days, a swop round of bits sometimes cures a head buster.

Had this recently on standard P2's with disc's.
Tried different types of tubes, and lots of measuring.

Turned out they both had pattern rims fitted.
Fitted standard original Piaggio rims and problem sorted, loads of clearance.

What rims you using??

god knows wether there pattern or genuine, my vespa's year is 2000 and rims are of the U type and catch caliper, it's the V type rims that give me the clearance and noticed these V type rims are on a mates 2013 scoot...so Mmmm!
