Crossover P / PX was around '83. As for the others it might've not been common place here but they were certainly offered to other markets. Mate of mine had a '85 import T5 with no Autolube, seen a few 'starter T5's over the years as well as a few 'luber Rally's. Don't tend to pay much attention to 150 Supres being fair.
