im totaly lost with all that i just need to no is it a fit and forget part i/e only mod needed is the packing plate

To add the extra area you may need to be clever or weld around the studs Darrel. But at least that means you may be able to use a pipe that us available keeping costs down on the custom pipe front.
There is no plug and play solution tbh

thanks tony they dont tell you that i wont bother goin that route my cranks cut and polished anyway

ditto, too much aggro. i need to improve the power outside the power band with a taffy pipe. drops out of the power on a hill and im buggered and the mrs on a standard p2 disapears into the distance.

i was hoping this would be the easy fix......for sale t5...wanted tx200 with polini kit.
