PWK Filter elbow/hose

i just dip the end of the rubber in boiling water, softens the rubber once shes on she will be ok

I would also suggest you replace that fuel tap with a fast flow rear exit and a shorter length of fuel pipe, as that's a large air bubble in the fuel line. Have you done the mods to the PWK as they have had issues with fuel starvation, hence my advice?

The fuel tap is a Camlam fast flow (would prefer a rear exit, but this one was on the scoot when I got it) and I've done all the mods that I can find on the forums (all advice welcome BTW).
