Franspeed carbon/Kevlar end cans

I've had my sterling system since dec 27 end can rivets all lose and had to replace plus now baffles are shot inside , beedspeed won't replace it unless I send it back for inspection first . This isn't no good to me as need scoot for work

Scooter centre koln won't replace mine unless I send it back to them 1st also I'm in Australia FFS and to return it is 1/2 the cost of a new end can
I sent them pictures and a sort video but that hasn't helped
