Whilst apart you can port the inlet and carb casings, even the carb to get rid of the steps. The cylinder usually matches the casings quite well so won't need doing. You can also cut the crank and port the casing inlet to give a longer inlet period, somewhere between 180 to 190 degrees open ( ie 120 degs before TDC,60 degs after TDC).Be careful not to widen the rotary port too much or it will not seal.

scooter republic sell stainless sterling t5 pipes or you can buy a px 125 or 200 revolver pipe and get a scoot rs t5 downpipe that fits.
dont bother reedvalving the engine or putting a bigger carb on the 24mm carb is ample leave the timing as standerd send the head off to harry barlow or diablo keep timing standerd and enjoy!!!!!

hi m8 yes the sip is the same as beedspeed remember you have to have your head modified to fit or buy one off sip already modified so you can reuse your standard kit again. the revolver pipe are on e bay resurrection scooters there is a 2nd hand taff lh pipe on e bay at the moment top pipe well worth bidding on m8
