The thing about the 186 is that it's smooth and vibration is low, so I expect the 200cc 66mm bore will be really smooth.

Are they boysen ports i see in the casting cores ?
When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !

Yes they are, but I think the main benefit will come form the larger port sizes that the 200 spacing permits and the exhaust profile.

What piston are you using ? and would the head be inc. ?
