62 x 107 is an odd combination. You would want at least a 115mm rod ideally.
With a 107 it will make it really hard to set your port timings up. With a longer rod you might need a pack plate but then you can play with different thicknesses to get things right. You could get the base gasket face machined on the barrel but then the inlet can foul on the frame and you may need to shorten the piston.
