Gearing is LI Pacemaker 150 g/box with 15/46 sprockets if that's of any use?

Cheers :fb:

That makes sense as that works out with a fourth gear final drive of 5.65.
you are running 5.22 which may be a little tall for a small block to pull nicely. You can find some sprocket and chain combos that will get you closer to 5.6 on your gp200 box
Don't have my gearing calculator to hand but what speed would you be doing at 6.5/7k revs with a final of 5.6?
Not a great speed, thats why most people running an imola 186 tend to use a race style pipe to give more revs with around the 5.6 gearing.
What corrado said i think sums it up.

Just for reference, I'm running a 30mm Del PJ, JL4 Race, Variatronic Ignition, plus its been had the cases welded & ported and the barrel has been worked on as well. Its only a guess but I'm pretty sure its putting out about 21bhp. As for top speed, yes I'd love a bit more top end but a genuine 77mph beats all my mates TS1's/RB's. Its great fun to ride and nothing beats it away from a standing start.
