Just went over my notes and I ran a 105 main but struggled getting the mid range jetting correct.

I tried a 25mm PHBL on my Rapido Classic and it wouldn't run properly. I then tried a 26mm PHBH. initially on a 115 main. Then when run in, had it dynod and the jetting was set to;

Main 100, pilot 55, Atomiser AV266, Slide 40 & needle X7 2 to top groove.

the rest of the set up is;

Remote air filter
PM25 exhaust
PM Tuning X-Tech 58mm Crankshaft
SX200 gearing

This was working well until riding 2 up and slowing down from flat out on the motorway when it nipped up. Luckily I could clean the piston up and had the barrel honed out from 3 thou to 3 1/2. It's running fine now, and did 260+ miles last weekend at 55-65 MPH (GPS) with no problems at all. I've no Idea what caused it to nip up and luckily it's not happened again (yet!) ;)
The dyno graph is here if you're interested, http://scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic ... 2&start=60

Go up one or even 2 sizes on the main as 100 is on the edge in this application. I would have recommended trying a 105 to start with. also try 3rd clip on the needle.
