See people aretalking about 30m now not the 34 the AF initialy reccomended, also not dellys...Is this the general consensus? forgive dodgy spelling....

I`m happy with the gearbox/ final drive for now, next step for me is to try the tmx and to get it dynoed.
I think im losing a bit of power and torque with the phbh with it being a round slide and with it being so close to the panel. So the tmx should be better, but not on mpg

Ive got gp150 18/47, gaps a bit big between 3 and 4 but not two bad if you open it up

Tried a li150 in first 15/46 but didnt like it.going to try a gp200 when i get one.

What VW rubber are you talking about here? do you have any links?
ebay no.280285583400 VW BEETLE (T1) / CAMPER (T2) INLET MANIFOLD BOOTS X 2
They dont have the ribbes inside but fit perfectly and a bit shorter than the malossi ones

i use a top hose from a landrover with a 40mm approx bore its reinforced with fiber so wont split im running a large body 30mm oko (these can be bored to 35mm )its not that good a pic but it gives some usefull extra clearance

What's anyones thought of a mikuni tm24 for an RB20 then? Runs well on my stage 4 200 but would the RB require considerably bigger?

I'm sure someone will try and put a 24mm and a clubman on the RB20.............but why kill a race cylinder with a 24mm carb? Its transfers and feeders are conducive to flow......so let it flow!
30mm - 35mm is perfect.
