I know even John was surprised by the performance he got out of this engine. 36bhp is a lot, especially when you consider that JB's dyno usually returns the lowest numbers when compared to Dynojet Dynos. Much of the improvement (over the 30bhp JB can obtain without welding) is down to the work that Jerome started on the base of the transfers, but I know JB spend some of his 7 hours making the most of this. The torque is perhaps more eye popping than the bhp.

I like the SII. Over taking cars at 80+mph must be fun, but not as much fun as catching motorcycles on back roads. Tee hee.
